ZBG peripheral transmission scraper
ZBG peripheral transmission scraper
Product details
Product Introduction
The ZBG peripheral transmission suction machine is widely used for scraping and removing sludge from sedimentation tanks in water supply and drainage, municipal engineering. According to its structure, it can be divided into single peripheral transmission suction machines and double peripheral transmission suction machines.
Structure and working principle
The ZBG peripheral drive suction dredger is mainly composed of a steady flow tube, a collector device, a central support, a working bridge (main beam), a scraper structure, a slag discharge mechanism, a driving device, a walking device, and an electric control box.
The central support consists of a fixed support seat, a slewing bearing, and a bridge frame, which can simultaneously withstand axial force, radial force, and overturning moment. The collector device adopts a slip ring type collector device, consisting of a collector ring and a brush holder. The slag scraper, slag rake plate, and slag funnel form a slag removal mechanism, which can effectively remove the floating slag on the water surface. The work bridge is a large component that connects the central support and the walking end beam, with walkway boards and railings on it. The lower part of the steel beam is connected to the scraper structure, slag discharge mechanism, etc., and is driven by the walking device to complete the scraper and slag discharge work.
The raw water does not flow out from the bottom of the pool through the central support pier, and after being distributed by the stabilizing cylinder, it flows radially towards the water collection tanks around the pool. As the radial flow velocity decreases, the suspended solids in the raw water are separated and settle at the bottom of the pool. The working bridge is centered around the central support and drives the scraping and slag removal mechanism. Under the drive of the driving device, the sludge is scraped and collected in the central collection tank of the sedimentation tank, and discharged outside the tank by water pressure or pump. The upper floating slag is synchronously scraped by the scraper plate to the slag discharge hopper for discharge.
